Who we are

Suitefair ("we", "us") is an online service for booking hotel rooms. Rooms, rates and bookings are provided through our hotel distribution partner, LiteAPI (Nuitée), which confirms each booking with the hotel.

What we collect

Booking details you give us: the lead guest's name, email address and phone number, the name of each room's guest, special requests, and the hotel, dates, rooms and price you choose.

Account details if you sign in: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.

Technical data needed to run the site: your language choice, sign-in session cookies, and the country your request comes from (used only to request the correct hotel prices).

We do not see or store your card number. Payments are collected on a secure form provided by our partner's licensed payment processor.

How we use it

To make, confirm, change and cancel your bookings, and to send you booking-related emails.

To let you sign in and see your bookings.

To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who we share it with

The hotel and our distribution partner LiteAPI (Nuitée), who need your details to confirm and deliver your stay, and whose payment processor handles your payment.

Service providers that run the site for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Railway (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google).

Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; booking records we are required to keep will be retained only for that purpose.

Your choices and rights

You can book without creating an account. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, Canada or California), you may have additional rights under local law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work: keeping you signed in and remembering your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
