Guests including children staying at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef are required to present valid original identification upon check-in, which may be either a Passport or a GCC/ UAE National ID card.

Please note that you will have to present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check in at the hotel. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.
In case you fail to present the credit card used in booking upon arrival, a refund will be processed on the previous charge and you will have to pay for your stay either cash or with any other debit or credit card, which is physically present. At no given cases will the hotel be responsible for any difference on exchange rates or charges due to the refund. Refunds shall be processed as per normal procedure.
The Tourism dirham fee is AED 15 per room per night. because the Family room consist of two rooms, the fee is AED 30 per night.
