Arrival: Kindly note the assisted arrival point to the hotel is located at 24 Loftus Street, Sydney. Due to the local traffic conditions, we are unable to assist with arrivals on Bridge Street.
Valet Parking: As a heritage building, parking on site is regrettably unavailable. Our team is pleased to offer valet parking for AU$120.00 per night at an offsite location. Please note maximum vehicle height is 6.2 feet. Alternately, we may assist in suggesting other suitable self parking facilities available within the hotels vicinity.
Payment: With the exception of pre-paid reservations, the full accommodations amount will be charged at the time of arrival. A physical credit card will be required alongside a government issued ID in the cardholder’s name. The card holder must be present. A 2% credit card surcharge will apply and all major credit cards are accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
