Excellent location near the Marina; safe neighborhood · On-site staff/attendant and helpful small touches (earplugs, pool towels) · Modern, spacious apartments with equipped kitchens and comfortable beds · Rooftop pool and family-friendly facilities · Recommended by multiple guests; many said they'd return
Inconsistent cleanliness: dirty cutlery, reports units not properly cleaned · Sewer-like shower smell reported by a guest · Inconsistent hot water for showers · Occasional cockroaches spotted · Broken or lacking amenities vs listing (e.g., jacuzzi not working) · Photos not always representative of the actual unit (layout differences) · Plumbing issues/leaks in some rooms and limited trash bins
