Excellent beachfront location / proximity to beach · Spacious suites and good room size for long stays · Ample parking · Helpful and responsive staff (some named) · Pool and good ventilation/AC options in parts of units · Affordable option praised by several guests
Significant cleanliness problems: roaches, odors, dirty rooms, shower drainage issues · Reception/desk coverage inconsistent; booking/payment disputes and unexpected fees · Kitchen supplies sparse (limited seasonings, no ice trays); some expected beach gear not provided · No air conditioning in master bedroom in some units · Thin walls/noisy units and occasional maintenance issues (leaks, TVs malfunctioning) · Bed size discrepancy from booking for at least one guest
