Exceptional beachfront location (Napili Bay) and proximity to restaurants/snorkeling · Beautiful, well-maintained gardens and intimate pool/courtyard · Friendly on-site/security staff when encountered · Outdoor grills and kitchen facilities in some units · Comfortable beds and effective AC in many rooms · Quiet, relaxed 'old Hawaii' vibe; many guests want to return
Limited office hours/hard to contact front desk; check-in can be awkward · Thin walls — noise from neighboring rooms · Some rooms dated, dark, or with stale/musty odors; occasional worn beds · No complimentary breakfast · Pool is small · Perceived as pricey for condition/service in some reports
Thu, Oct 15 – Sat, Oct 17 · 1 room · 2 guests
