Guests liked
Excellent location (El Médano) near marina and with beach access · Standout, attentive staff members (Cristal, Vicente, Raul) cited by multiple guests · Good food and beverages; praised breakfast service · Pool and ability to visit other hotels in the complex · Popular with repeat/family guests — feels familiar and welcoming · Beach where guests can enter the water
Could be better
Musty/humidity odor in some rooms and AC maintenance issues · Outdated rooms, noisy beds and occasional need to change rooms · Inconsistent service: some rude staff and slow pool service reported · Serious security incident (stolen watch) and poor handling reported by a guest · Extra deposit requests/charges and annoying bracelet procedures · Pool had sand in places
