Guests liked

Excellent beachfront location · Modern, generous pool area · Friendly and attentive staff (generally) · Clean rooms and good sport studio/gym · Free laundry service (despite some operational issues)

Could be better

Breakfast and on-site F&B perceived as expensive · Limited restaurant menu options and time-based restrictions · Elevator shortages / long waits during busy periods · Pool area often crowded with many children (noisy for some guests) · Laundry machine cleanliness issues and an intrusive staff incident · Room issues: very soft/worn mattresses, poor lighting, occasional missing room features (sofa)
