Excellent beachfront location and beautiful beach · Very nice pools (including a heated section) and jacuzzi · Friendly/helpful staff in many reviews · Spacious condos with usable kitchens · Good value; several guests said they'd return · Positive restaurant/cocktail mentions (Castaways)
Inconsistent service: rude or unavailable reception and check-in issues · Room maintenance problems (shower outage, running toilet, broken phone) · Some rooms dated; murphy bed inconvenience and uneven room quality · Ran out of beach towels and restrictive towel replacement policy · Fitness center equipment needs maintenance · Occasional cleanliness lapses (hair in bathroom)
