좋았던 점

Exceptional, personalized service from multiple staff members (Javier, Antonio, Salvador, Kevin, Victor, Jose, Roberto, Cruz, Carlos) · Highly rated food and restaurants, especially El Mexicano and buffet offerings · Strong Grand Club lounge experience · Scenic ocean-side location with plentiful beach and pool options · Friendly, attentive bartenders and social atmosphere · Helpful on-site medical services with reasonable pricing

아쉬운 점

Entertainment/activities less than some other resorts — may be important for families with kids · Rooms could use minor updates (more outlets, handheld shower) to improve convenience
