Un dépôt de garantie d'un montant de THB 3000 est demandé à l'arrivée. Il devra être payé en espèces. Le remboursement devrait être effectué le jour de votre départ. Le dépôt de garantie vous sera entièrement remboursé en espèces, si aucun dommage n'a été constaté par l'établissement.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Corporate credit cards are not accepted.
Upon check-in, the hotel staff will ask you to provide the same physical credit card that you made the payment to verify by holding the amount of 1 THB.
If you fail to bring the same physical credit card. There will be a charge 1 more time. Then the previous payment will be rejected and refunded.
The refund process might take time approximately 1 month.
The rate for children including only breakfast ( **not included extra bed).

- The hotel accepts only physical credit cards (virtual cards and digital credit cards are not accepted )
A deposit may be required at the property.
